Diners, drive-ins, and DIE! It’s the 1984 pop culture reference, CHILDREN OF THE CORN! We talk toxic relationships, beets, barefoot protocol, children’s choirs, safe storage of tools, firearms and medication, religious indoctrination & the dangers of cults, keeping an eye on your child’s artwork, touching those very same eyeballs, the benefits of composting and SO much more!

SHOW NOTES:

If Children of the Corn taught us anything, it's the crucial need to safely store our scythes, knives, and pitchforks. Why not guns too, while we're at it? As promised, here's a link to Moms Demand Action's Be SMART program!

SCARY GOOD STUFF:

Composting! Here’s a link from the future about how easy it is to start composting at home.

RATING:

Out of 8 bloody dog scarves, Josh & Carol gave Children of the Corn part of 1. Is that burnt popcorn I smell??

Out of 10,000 dried corn husks, Josh gave the kids a generous 9/10,000. Carol wasn’t so kind, and gave them but 5.
